The 30-Day Leadership Journey

Part 1 — The Foundation of a Godly Leader
Days 1–5
Discover the foundations of biblical leadership: responding to God’s call, following Christ, developing a servant’s heart, walking in humility, and building character before position.
Part 2 — Building Godly Character
Days 6–15
Develop the character of a faithful leader through integrity, wisdom, courage, self-control, prayer, perseverance, dependence upon God, and faithfulness over success.
Part 3 — Leading Like Christ
Days 16–24
Learn to lead like Christ: by example, speaking truth in love, building others up, shepherding people faithfully, making wise decisions, handling conflict, leading through trials, multiplying leaders, and protecting unity.
Part 4 — The Legacy of a Godly Leader
Days 25–30
Look beyond position and achievement toward eternal impact: finishing faithfully, investing in the next generation, living for eternal rewards, leading with accountability, and remaining faithful until Christ returns.
